I was an excited Burnlounge retailer. The overall concept was great, sell music and be a part of the entertainment industry, wow! Add to this that I could make money doing it and, well it was a dream come true. Not being fully aware of the legal aspects of mlm, I figured burnlounge must be okay because so many big name artists were involved, right? Well any of us who were involved know the answer to that. The FTC swooped in and to my surprise shut it down! I was devastated. Not at the thought of what could have been, but that I proudly showed this business opportunity to everyone I was close to. I even had a good friend invest thousands of dollars based on my enthusiasm alone. I tossed and turned for many nights after the announcement. Surely burnlounge would recover from these charges. That was a very sad day for me!
